Q: How does the MONO marketplace buyer protection guarantee work?
A: Every purchase on MONO is covered by our Platform Buyer Guarantee. If an item does not arrive as described, or if digital deliverables are corrupted, our mediation team steps in within 24 hours to issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
Q: How are physical vs digital/downloadable products delivered?
A: Physical products are shipped with tracked regional or international courier services directly from vendor hubs. Digital and downloadable goods (e.g. presets, software, design assets) are instantly unlocked in your account dashboard and sent via encrypted email links.
Q: What is the return window for platform-managed orders?
A: Unopened physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Digital items are eligible for refund if they fail technical validation or cannot be downloaded.
Q: Which payment methods and currencies are supported?
A: MONO supports major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and local currency checkout across all supported regions.

Downloaded immediately after checkout. Files were impeccably labeled, cleanly organized in folders, and the Figma/code tokens were comprehensive.
